Non- members can use a desk from 8.30 am to 5 pm. For time extensions please contact the Fleks team. Members have full 24/ 7 access. You can use your phone (via phone app) to unlock in the morning, evening and weekend. Come as early and stay as you like!

We pride ourselves on a "focused collective" atmosphere. While the space is social, it’s designed for productivity. Members are encouraged to use headphones and be mindful, but it is not a library! For private calls, members can use our phone booth or breakoutspaces.

We provide enterprise-grade, high-speed WiFi. If your work is extra data-heavy, we also offer an additional upgraded package (the Fleks team will assist you with this).

We offer complimentary on-site parking. There is an additional upper car park just for our complex. Please reach out for the boom gate code. Alternatively, street parking is also available.

It depends on your weekly momentum. If you only need a professional suite for one or two days a week, Fleks Connect offers the perfect hybrid balance. If you're looking for a solution based on 3+ days per week, the Unlimited Hot Desk is your most cost-effective choice.
